Itinerary

• Day 1 : Hanoi : Arrival in Hanoi. Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight in Hanoi.

• Day 2 : Hanoi : Breakfast, Begin the day visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum closes every Monday and Friday.), Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, miniature One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Memorial Complex. Visit one of Hanoi's famous Museum of Ethnology. Proceed to Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple which contains an islet with the tiny Tortoise Pagoda. Enroute, pass lavish colonial landmarks such as the magnificent Opera House and Saint Joseph’s Cathedral. Visit Hanoi by cyclo from the Temple of Literature, a peaceful series of walled courtyards and graceful gateways. Overnight in Hanoi. (B, L)

• Day 3 : Hanoi - Halong Bay : Depart from Hanoi for Halong Bay. Board the Bhaya Classic Cruise at Tuan Chau Marina Port. Embark on Bhaya Classic for a welcome cocktail followed by a briefing for the cruise. Vietnamese buffet lunch as the Bhaya Classic heads to Bai Tu Long Bay passing the towns of Hon Gai and Cam Pha, Oan Lagoon, Mat Quy and Am Tich Islets and Vung Vieng fishing village. Visit a fishing village by local rowing boat then return to the boat for free time or join one of the optional activities such as kayaking into the village or swimming near the boat. The boat will anchor overnight near Ho Dong Tien. Happy hour includes Vietnamese cooking demonstration on the sundeck, then savour a sumptuous seafood set dinner on-board. Stay overnight on-board Bhaya Classic. (B, L, D)

• Day 4 : Halong Bay - Hanoi - Danang - Hoi An : Start your day with Tai Chi on the sundeck while complimentary tea and coffee are served. The boat will pass beautiful areas like Trong (Drum), Trinh Nu (Virgin) and Me Cung Caves, Coc Ngoi (Toad) Islet. Explore the enchanting Surprise Cave (Sung Sot) return to Bhaya Classic to enjoy a buffet brunch as the vessel cruises leisurely back to harbour. Disembark at Tuan Chau Marina Port. Transfer from Halong to Hanoi (Noi Bai Airport). Flight from Hanoi to Danang. Transfer from Danang airport to Hoi An. Overnight in Hoi An. (B)

• Day 5 : Hoi An : Breakfast. Sightseeing in Hoi An including picturesque riverside town south of Danang. Take a walking tour includes Japanese Covered Bridge Pagoda, Sa Huynh Museum, Tran Family Chapel, Phuoc Kien Assembly Hall. Visit Lantern Making Workshop to observe and join locals adorning silk cloth over the frame. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Hoi An. (B)

• Day 6 : Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) : Transfer to Danang airport. Flight from Danang to Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Transfer to hotel. Sightseeing in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). Begin the trip with a tour of the Reunification Palace. Afterwards drive to the historic centre to visit the Jade Emperor Pagoda, one of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon)'s most interesting pagodas. Proceed to pay a quick visit to the neo-Romanesque Notre Dame Cathedral and the Central Post Office and then pass by the classic European infused landmarks. Finally, end up at the central Ben Thanh Market, where vendors display a vast array of goods and handicrafts, appealing to every taste. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). (B)

• Day 7 : Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) : After having breakfast enjoy the day free at your leisure. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon). (B)

• Day 8 : Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) - Siem Reap : After breakfast transfer to the Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) Airport. Flight from Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to Siem Reap. Arrival in Siem Reap. Transfer to the hotel for overnight in Siem Reap. (B)

• Day 9 : Siem Reap : Enjoy breakfast & visit for sightseeing in Angkor. Visit Angkor Thom. Enter by the monumental South Gate over a causeway lined on either side by statues of demons and gods, each carrying a giant naga. Continue to the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper Kings. Visit the ruined Baphuon, Royal Enclosure and Phimeanakas before continuing to the mysterious Bayon Temple. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap. (B)

• Day 10 : Siem Reap : Breakfast, Transfer from hotel to airport for departure flight. (B)
